Home / Sweet RDA IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist

Choosing a RDA for sweet

The honest read on sweet: 18 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.

There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.

The short version: sweet in Suva works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.

What a sweet RDA really costs in Suva

We run sweet the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.

How we tested sweet in a RDA

1. Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
2. Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
3. Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.

• Spare parts availability for RDA in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
• Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
• Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
• The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.

Where sweet goes wrong

• Treating the advertised FJ$43 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.25 per 10 ml.
• Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sweet tastes flat after two days.
• Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

The rules that apply here

Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
