Cream refill pack IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Cream in Suva: 10 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Cream refill pack here
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Cream in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
The short version: cream in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream refill pack really costs in Suva
The honest read on cream: 10 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested cream in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a cream bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a refill pack arrives sealed but wrong.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing cream with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a refill pack last?
In Suva we measured 8 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
