Sour pen device IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Sour in Suva: 6 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
We run sour the same way in Suva: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Sour in Suva reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour pen device really costs in Suva
If you are looking at sour in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the pen device you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sour goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$67 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.07 per 10 ml.
- Mixing sour with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On sour the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$3.07 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does sour taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the sour blend itself harsh.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.07 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$67 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
