Candy vape pen IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Candy in Suva: 15 units tested over 8 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Candy in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Candy prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.68 per 10 ml.
The short version: candy in Suva works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a candy vape pen really costs in Suva
Candy sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested candy in a vape pen
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a candy bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every candy bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where candy goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$53 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.68 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long candy in Suva survives.
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should candy start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.68 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$53 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does candy taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the candy blend itself harsh.
