Melon squonk mod IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Melon in Suva: 20 units tested over 5 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Melon is allowed to say
We run melon the same way in Suva: same squonk mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon squonk mod really costs in Suva
Melon in Suva reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the starter ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested melon in a squonk mod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for squonk mod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where melon goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should melon start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a squonk mod.
