Salted RDA IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Salted in Suva: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with salted in Fiji
Salted RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Salted prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.03 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a salted RDA really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested salted in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where salted goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised FJ$46 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.03 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
