Frozen pen device IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Frozen in Suva: 10 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the frozen habit
A frozen pen device from the pre-order options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.64 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Frozen pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 10 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: frozen in Suva works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a frozen pen device really costs in Suva
Frozen sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested frozen in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a frozen bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 10 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where frozen goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long frozen in Suva survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised FJ$60 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.64 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Packaging for frozen in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How long does frozen in a pen device last?
In Suva we measured 9 to 10 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does frozen taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the frozen blend itself harsh.
Is frozen legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
