Coffee pen device IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Coffee in Suva: 10 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a pen device for coffee
Coffee in Suva reaches the shelf in pen device formats, and the cheapest ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.

If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee pen device really costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested coffee in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$40 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.14 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coffee in Suva survives.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for coffee in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should coffee start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
How much does a pen device cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.14 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$40 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
