Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Vanilla in Suva reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Vanilla in Suva reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long vanilla tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a vanilla squonk mod really costs in Suva
We run vanilla the same way in Suva: same squonk mod, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested vanilla in a squonk mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every vanilla bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised FJ$34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.61 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Packaging for vanilla in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On vanilla the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.61 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does vanilla taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the vanilla blend itself harsh.
