Vanilla refill pack IQOS in Suva: the price shortlist
Vanilla in Suva: 21 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Vanilla sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
We run vanilla the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: vanilla in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a vanilla refill pack really costs in Suva
The honest read on vanilla: 21 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested vanilla in a refill pack
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a vanilla bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Treating the advertised FJ$29 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.39 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
