Vanilla box mod IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Vanilla in Suva: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Vanilla prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.88 per 10 ml.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a vanilla box mod really costs in Suva
Vanilla in Suva reaches the shelf in box mod formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested vanilla in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where vanilla goes wrong
- Mixing vanilla with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
