Tropical refill pack IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Tropical in Suva: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a refill pack for tropical
A tropical refill pack from the bulk options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.06 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Tropical in Suva reaches the shelf in refill pack formats, and the bulk ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: tropical in Suva works if the refill pack, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical refill pack really costs in Suva
We run tropical the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every tropical bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.06 per 10 ml.
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
