Tropical refill pack IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Tropical in Suva: 24 units tested over 9 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good refill pack from a repack
Tropical sounds like one product. It is not: a refill pack running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Tropical in a refill pack is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical refill pack really costs in Suva
If you are looking at tropical in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the refill pack you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested tropical in a refill pack
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Mixing tropical with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Buying the cheapest refill pack available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On tropical the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.65 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Is tropical legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
