Tropical RDA IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Tropical in Suva: 21 units tested over 4 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Tropical RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A tropical RDA from the starter options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.72 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: tropical in Suva works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tropical RDA really costs in Suva
Tropical RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 21 units and 4 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested tropical in a RDA
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$56 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.72 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long tropical in Suva survives.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.

Frequently asked questions
Is tropical legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Do you ship tracked orders to Fiji?
Yes, tracked to 6–12 business days, with the same-day cut-off at 14:00. Bulk orders get an import note attached before dispatch.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
