Tropical 60 ml bottle IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Tropical in Suva: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, 60 ml bottle formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the tropical habit
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
We run tropical the same way in Suva: same 60 ml bottle, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the 60 ml bottle you buy decides how long tropical tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tropical 60 ml bottle really costs in Suva
Tropical in Suva reaches the shelf in 60 ml bottle formats, and the online ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested tropical in a 60 ml bottle
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Batch code and production date, so a tropical bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a 60 ml bottle arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the 60 ml bottle, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where tropical goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a 60 ml bottle that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.81 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
How long does tropical in a 60 ml bottle last?
In Suva we measured 5 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is tropical legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does tropical taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 60 ml bottle units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tropical blend itself harsh.
