Tobacco refill pack IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Tobacco in Suva: 16 units tested over 8 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco refill pack reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 16 units and 8 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long tobacco tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a tobacco refill pack really costs in Suva
Tobacco prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.2 per 10 ml.
How we tested tobacco in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the refill pack that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 16 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the refill pack, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$30 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.2 per 10 ml.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a refill pack and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
