Tobacco prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Tobacco in Suva: 14 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with tobacco in Fiji
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The honest read on tobacco: 14 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: tobacco in Suva works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a tobacco prefilled pod really costs in Suva
We run tobacco the same way in Suva: same prefilled pod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested tobacco in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 14 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why tobacco tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for tobacco in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
