Tobacco box mod IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Tobacco in Suva: 19 units tested over 2 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Tobacco box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 19 units and 2 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
A tobacco box mod from the pre-order options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.51 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 19 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a tobacco box mod really costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested tobacco in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a tobacco bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Stock depth: 19 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where tobacco goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Is tobacco legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
How long does tobacco in a box mod last?
In Suva we measured 2 to 19 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Why does tobacco taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the box mod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the tobacco blend itself harsh.
