Sweet starter kit IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Sweet in Suva: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, starter kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a starter kit for sweet
Sweet prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.88 per 10 ml.
Sweet in Suva reaches the shelf in starter kit formats, and the budget ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: sweet in Suva works if the starter kit, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a sweet starter kit really costs in Suva
If you are looking at sweet in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the starter kit you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sweet in a starter kit
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the starter kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the starter kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a starter kit arrives sealed but wrong.
- Batch code and production date, so a sweet bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Spare parts availability for starter kit in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where sweet goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest starter kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing sweet with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for sweet in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
