Sour in Suva: 9 units tested over 7 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Sour squonk mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 9 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long sour tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a sour squonk mod really costs in Suva
If you are looking at sour in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the squonk mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested sour in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a squonk mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the squonk mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where sour goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest squonk mod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why sour tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised FJ$28 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.29 per 10 ml.
