Salted vape pen IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Salted in Suva: 7 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Salted in Suva reaches the shelf in vape pen formats, and the flat-rate ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The honest read on salted: 7 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
The short version: salted in Suva works if the vape pen, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a salted vape pen really costs in Suva
Salted sounds like one product. It is not: a vape pen running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested salted in a vape pen
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every salted bottle shipped into Fiji.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where salted goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a vape pen that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why salted tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is salted legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
What nicotine strength should salted start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a vape pen.
Why does salted taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the salted blend itself harsh.
