Salted pen device IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Salted in Suva: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Salted is allowed to say
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Salted pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 15 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long salted tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a salted pen device really costs in Suva
We run salted the same way in Suva: same pen device, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested salted in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where salted goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long salted in Suva survives.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
