How to tell a good prefilled pod from a repack
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.

The short version: raspberry in Suva works if the prefilled pod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a raspberry prefilled pod really costs in Suva
Raspberry in Suva reaches the shelf in prefilled pod formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
How we tested raspberry in a prefilled pod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a raspberry bottle turned in 6 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where raspberry goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Treating the advertised FJ$45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.48 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why raspberry tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for raspberry in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Fiji |
| Coil life | ~7 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Fiji | 6–12 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | FJ$45 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | FJ$2.48 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does raspberry in a prefilled pod last?
In Suva we measured 6 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should raspberry start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
How much does a prefilled pod cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.48 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$45 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
