Plum vape pen IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Plum in Suva: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, vape pen formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Stock, batch codes and the dispatch window
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.0 per 10 ml.
Plum in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum vape pen really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 20 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where plum goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.0 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a vape pen and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Mixing plum with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
