Plum cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Plum in Suva: 18 units tested over 5 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good cartomizer from a repack
A plum cartomizer from the online options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.04 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Plum cartomizer reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 18 units and 5 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
Below is the run we did for this search: 18 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Suva
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$3.04 per 10 ml.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a cartomizer arrives sealed but wrong.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every plum bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where plum goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a cartomizer that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for plum in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a cartomizer cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.04 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$52 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does plum taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the plum blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should plum start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
