Plum cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Plum in Suva: 8 units tested over 9 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a cartomizer for plum
Plum in a cartomizer is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Plum in Suva reaches the shelf in cartomizer formats, and the compared ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
The short version: plum in Suva works if the cartomizer, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plum cartomizer really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested plum in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a plum bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plum goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised FJ$32 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.82 per 10 ml.
- Buying the cheapest cartomizer available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
