Plum box mod IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Plum in Suva: 18 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Plum prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.73 per 10 ml.
If you are looking at plum in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the box mod you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long plum tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plum box mod really costs in Suva
Plum sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested plum in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 18 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a box mod arrives sealed but wrong.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where plum goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plum tastes flat after two days.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
