Plain pod kit IQOS in Suva: the best shortlist
Plain in Suva: 22 units tested over 8 weeks, pod kit formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What plain costs in Suva
Plain in Suva reaches the shelf in pod kit formats, and the best ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
Plain in a pod kit is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
If you only read one line: the pod kit you buy decides how long plain tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a plain pod kit really costs in Suva
The honest read on plain: 22 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a pod kit
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Pick the pod kit that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Coil type inside the pod kit, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where plain goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$35 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.59 per 10 ml.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long plain in Suva survives.
- Buying the cheapest pod kit available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
