Plain disposable vape IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Plain in Suva: 13 units tested over 3 weeks, disposable vape formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Plain is allowed to say
If you are looking at plain in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the disposable vape you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
A plain disposable vape from the budget options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.88 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
The short version: plain in Suva works if the disposable vape, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain disposable vape really costs in Suva
The honest read on plain: 13 units through the same routine over 3 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested plain in a disposable vape
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for disposable vape in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where plain goes wrong
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Buying the cheapest disposable vape available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised FJ$48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.88 per 10 ml.
