Plain box mod IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Plain in Suva: 22 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Plain box mod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
The short version: plain in Suva works if the box mod, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a plain box mod really costs in Suva
We run plain the same way in Suva: same box mod, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested plain in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Stock depth: 22 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Batch code and production date, so a plain bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where plain goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why plain tastes flat after two days.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for plain in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

| Entry kit | FJ$35 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | FJ$2.58 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
Is plain legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
How long does plain in a box mod last?
In Suva we measured 7 to 22 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should plain start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a box mod.
