Pear box mod IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Pear in Suva: 16 units tested over 5 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
Pear sounds like one product. It is not: a box mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long pear tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a pear box mod really costs in Suva
We run pear the same way in Suva: same box mod, same 5 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested pear in a box mod
- Pick the box mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a pear bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where pear goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why pear tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised FJ$42 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.59 per 10 ml.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On pear the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$3.59 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Is pear legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
How long does pear in a box mod last?
In Suva we measured 5 to 16 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
