Mint pen device IQOS in Suva: the online shortlist
Mint in Suva: 24 units tested over 5 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
The honest read on mint: 24 units through the same routine over 5 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 24 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint pen device really costs in Suva
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Spare parts availability for pen device in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 5 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a pen device arrives sealed but wrong.
- Stock depth: 24 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Treating the advertised FJ$52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.03 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for mint in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$3.03 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
