Mint pen device IQOS in Suva: the compare shortlist
Mint in Suva: 20 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with mint in Fiji
Mint sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
A mint pen device from the compared options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.56 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long mint tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mint pen device really costs in Suva
Ordering into Suva usually means waiting 6–12 business days. Plan the reorder around that, not around the flavour you like best.
How we tested mint in a pen device
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Batch code and production date, so a mint bottle turned in 7 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where mint goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Chasing a discount on a pen device that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
How long does mint in a pen device last?
In Suva we measured 7 to 20 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
