Mint cartomizer IQOS in Suva: the deals shortlist
Mint in Suva: 21 units tested over 3 weeks, cartomizer formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the mint habit
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
A mint cartomizer from the discounted options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.88 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, cartomizer, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a mint cartomizer really costs in Suva
If you are looking at mint in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the cartomizer you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
How we tested mint in a cartomizer
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Spare parts availability for cartomizer in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the cartomizer, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where mint goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why mint tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing mint with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Ignoring the batch date on a cartomizer and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Packaging for mint in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should mint start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a cartomizer.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On mint the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$1.88 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does mint taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the cartomizer units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the mint blend itself harsh.
