If you only read one line: the vape pen you buy decides how long melon tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a melon vape pen really costs in Suva
Melon in a vape pen is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested melon in a vape pen
- Pick the vape pen that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for vape pen in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 9 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- Coil type inside the vape pen, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
Where melon goes wrong
- Mixing melon with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why melon tastes flat after two days.
- Buying the cheapest vape pen available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On melon the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.49 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How much does a vape pen cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$2.49 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$55 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does melon taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the vape pen units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the melon blend itself harsh.
