Melon pen device IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Melon in Suva: 21 units tested over 2 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with melon in Fiji
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
The honest read on melon: 21 units through the same routine over 2 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 21 units, pen device, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a melon pen device really costs in Suva
We run melon the same way in Suva: same pen device, same 2 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested melon in a pen device
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 21 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Batch code and production date, so a melon bottle turned in 2 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where melon goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long melon in Suva survives.
- Buying the cheapest pen device available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
