Mango prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Mango in Suva: 15 units tested over 9 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What mango costs in Suva
Mango prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.84 per 10 ml.
The honest read on mango: 15 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long mango tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a mango prefilled pod really costs in Suva
A mango prefilled pod from the pre-order options in Fiji costs about FJ$1.84 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
How we tested mango in a prefilled pod
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every mango bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Stock depth: 15 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where mango goes wrong
- Mixing mango with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.
