Licorice prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Licorice in Suva: 24 units tested over 8 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
What the label on Licorice is allowed to say
The honest read on licorice: 24 units through the same routine over 8 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long licorice tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a licorice prefilled pod really costs in Suva
Licorice prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.53 per 10 ml.
How we tested licorice in a prefilled pod
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Coil type inside the prefilled pod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a prefilled pod arrives sealed but wrong.
Where licorice goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest prefilled pod available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Treating the advertised FJ$52 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.53 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why licorice tastes flat after two days.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should licorice start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On licorice the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.53 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
How long does licorice in a prefilled pod last?
In Suva we measured 8 to 24 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
