Iced RDA IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Iced in Suva: 7 units tested over 8 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How we tested Iced RDA here
A iced RDA from the cheapest options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.94 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
The short version: iced in Suva works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a iced RDA really costs in Suva
We run iced the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 8 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
How we tested iced in a RDA
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 8 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
Where iced goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why iced tastes flat after two days.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Ignoring the batch date on a RDA and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for iced in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
