Iced box mod IQOS in Suva: the budget shortlist
Iced in Suva: 7 units tested over 4 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good box mod from a repack
A iced box mod from the budget options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.78 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
If you only read one line: the box mod you buy decides how long iced tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a iced box mod really costs in Suva
Iced prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.78 per 10 ml.
How we tested iced in a box mod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 7 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Spare parts availability for box mod in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Batch code and production date, so a iced bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where iced goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long iced in Suva survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a box mod and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised FJ$50 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.78 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
