Herbal RDA IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Herbal in Suva: 11 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the herbal habit
We run herbal the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
Most people searching IQOS in Fiji are not after a spec sheet. They want to know what it costs, how long it lasts and which shop will still service it in three months.
Below is the run we did for this search: 11 units, RDA, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a herbal RDA really costs in Suva
Herbal RDA reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 11 units and 9 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested herbal in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Stock depth: 11 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Spare parts availability for RDA in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
Where herbal goes wrong
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long herbal in Suva survives.
- Treating the advertised FJ$45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.07 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Can I order IQOS online in Fiji?
Yes, tracked dispatch before 14:00, and delivery lands in 6–12 business days. Stock is batch-traced, so the bottle you receive carries a dated code.
What nicotine strength should herbal start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a RDA.
Why does herbal taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the herbal blend itself harsh.
