Guava refill pack IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Guava in Suva: 16 units tested over 4 weeks, refill pack formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Ordering IQOS to Suva: the practical version
Guava prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$1.69 per 10 ml.
We run guava the same way in Suva: same refill pack, same 4 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the refill pack you buy decides how long guava tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a guava refill pack really costs in Suva
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
How we tested guava in a refill pack
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for refill pack in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Batch code and production date, so a guava bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
Where guava goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Chasing a discount on a refill pack that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$61 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$1.69 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Why does guava taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the refill pack units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the guava blend itself harsh.
How much does a refill pack cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$1.69 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$61 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On guava the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$1.69 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
