Grapey RDA IQOS in Suva: the cheap shortlist
Grapey in Suva: 9 units tested over 9 weeks, RDA formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with grapey in Fiji
We run grapey the same way in Suva: same RDA, same 9 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you are looking at grapey in Fiji, the first question is not strength. It is whether the RDA you are quoting actually fits the device on your desk.
The short version: grapey in Suva works if the RDA, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a grapey RDA really costs in Suva
The honest read on grapey: 9 units through the same routine over 9 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested grapey in a RDA
- Pick the RDA that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Returns window and who pays return postage when a RDA arrives sealed but wrong.
- Coil type inside the RDA, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every grapey bottle shipped into Fiji.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where grapey goes wrong
- Buying the cheapest RDA available and repeating it because the first coil burnt.
- Mixing grapey with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.

Frequently asked questions
How much does a RDA cost per 10 ml?
On the last run in Suva: about FJ$3.28 per 10 ml liquid plus FJ$56 for the entry kit, before any bulk discount.
Why does grapey taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the RDA units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the grapey blend itself harsh.
