Fig squonk mod IQOS in Suva: the review shortlist
Fig in Suva: 23 units tested over 4 weeks, squonk mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Where buyers go wrong with fig in Fiji
There is no single best way to buy IQOS in Fiji. There is only the batch that arrived, the coil that came with it, and whether the shop tracks the production run.
Fig in Suva reaches the shelf in squonk mod formats, and the reviewed ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the squonk mod you buy decides how long fig tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a fig squonk mod really costs in Suva
Fig sounds like one product. It is not: a squonk mod running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested fig in a squonk mod
- Pick the squonk mod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Batch code and production date, so a fig bottle turned in 4 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where fig goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why fig tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing fig with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Treating the advertised FJ$58 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.48 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for fig in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.

Frequently asked questions
Why does fig taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the squonk mod units we ran, a coil past 5 days turned the fig blend itself harsh.
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On fig the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.48 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Is fig legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
