Dessert box mod IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Dessert in Suva: 12 units tested over 7 weeks, box mod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Choosing a box mod for dessert
Dessert in a box mod is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
A dessert box mod from the flat-rate options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.58 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
Below is the run we did for this search: 12 units, box mod, same room temperature, same juice rotation. Where results varied, the variation is printed rather than averaged away.
What a dessert box mod really costs in Suva
The honest read on dessert: 12 units through the same routine over 7 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested dessert in a box mod
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the box mod, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
Where dessert goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a box mod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Mixing dessert with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
- Assuming varies is uniform across brands, because two suppliers can label the same number differently.
