Cream pen device IQOS in Suva: the flat shortlist
Cream in Suva: 8 units tested over 7 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Coil life, liquid cost and the cream habit
Cream pen device reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 8 units and 7 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
We run cream the same way in Suva: same pen device, same 7 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
The short version: cream in Suva works if the pen device, the coil and the strength are chosen as one system. Everything below is what we measured while doing exactly that.
What a cream pen device really costs in Suva
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a pen device running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cream in a pen device
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Coil type inside the pen device, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cream goes wrong
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long cream in Suva survives.
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
The rules that apply here
Packaging for cream in Fiji must be child-resistant, and the batch code has to be readable without cutting the shrink wrap.
Wholesale lines to Fiji need import documents the retail shop does not; ask for them in writing before a bulk order.

| Nicotine ceiling | varies | Legal retail limit in Fiji |
| Coil life | ~4 days | The hidden monthly cost |
| Delivery to Fiji | 6–12 business days | Buffer the reorder around this |
| Entry kit | FJ$58 | What a first order really pays |
| Refill cost | FJ$2.13 / 10 ml | The figure that decides the habit |

Frequently asked questions
How long does cream in a pen device last?
In Suva we measured 7 to 8 days per unit depending on the coil. The bottle outlasts the coil, so the coil is what you replace.
Is cream legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
