Cream 30 ml shortfill IQOS in Suva: the order shortlist
Cream in Suva: 13 units tested over 5 weeks, 30 ml shortfill formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
How to tell a good 30 ml shortfill from a repack
Cream in a 30 ml shortfill is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
Cream in Suva reaches the shelf in 30 ml shortfill formats, and the pre-order ones are rarely the ones that stay in stock. Availability, not taste, is what breaks an order.
If you only read one line: the 30 ml shortfill you buy decides how long cream tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cream 30 ml shortfill really costs in Suva
Cream sounds like one product. It is not: a 30 ml shortfill running varies will taste nothing like the same blend on a different device, which is why we test before we recommend.
How we tested cream in a 30 ml shortfill
- Pick the 30 ml shortfill that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Spare parts availability for 30 ml shortfill in Fiji, since tanks and pods go first.
- Coil type inside the 30 ml shortfill, because mesh and wire age at different rates.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
Where cream goes wrong
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cream tastes flat after two days.
- Chasing a discount on a 30 ml shortfill that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Treating the advertised FJ$48 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.89 per 10 ml.
The rules that apply here

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On cream the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.89 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Is cream legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does cream taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the 30 ml shortfill units we ran, a coil past 7 days turned the cream blend itself harsh.
