Cola prefilled pod IQOS in Suva: the guide shortlist
Cola in Suva: 22 units tested over 3 weeks, prefilled pod formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
A cola prefilled pod from the starter options in Fiji costs about FJ$3.13 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
We run cola the same way in Suva: same prefilled pod, same 3 days, same coil resistance. The only variable was the coil, and that turned out to be the thing buyers get wrong.
If you only read one line: the prefilled pod you buy decides how long cola tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a cola prefilled pod really costs in Suva
Cola prefilled pod reviews tend to be written after one tank. We run 22 units and 3 days per unit, because that is where the honest answer changes.
How we tested cola in a prefilled pod
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the prefilled pod that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- A dated dispatch promise: before 14:00 same day, tracked, so no order is held to a warehouse cut-off.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every cola bottle shipped into Fiji.
- Batch code and production date, so a cola bottle turned in 3 weeks ago is not sold as new.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
Where cola goes wrong
- Chasing a discount on a prefilled pod that then needs an adapter nobody in Fiji stocks.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why cola tastes flat after two days.
- Mixing cola with a coil rated for a different wattage, which dulls the flavour and drains liquid faster.
The rules that apply here
Retail sales in Fiji sit under the same nicotine the label declares, which is the local legal limit. Anything above it is not sold through this channel.
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
What nicotine strength should cola start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a prefilled pod.
Is cola legal to sell in Fiji?
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework.
Why does cola taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the prefilled pod units we ran, a coil past 6 days turned the cola blend itself harsh.
