Coffee pen device IQOS in Suva: the wholesale shortlist
Coffee in Suva: 13 units tested over 9 weeks, pen device formats, priced per 10 ml for Fiji.
Delivery, returns and what 6–12 business days really means
Coffee prices move with import duty more than with brand. In Suva that means the entry option and the premium option can close to within FJ$2.38 per 10 ml.
A coffee pen device from the bulk options in Fiji costs about FJ$2.38 per 10 ml once delivery is counted. That number decides whether the habit survives the first month, not the sticker price.
If you only read one line: the pen device you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee pen device really costs in Suva
Coffee in a pen device is not the same product you see in a catalogue photo, and the price per 10 ml is where the gap shows. In Suva the liquid, the coil and the power setting all have to agree before the flavour actually lands.
How we tested coffee in a pen device
- Choose strength against the ceiling in Fiji, which is the local legal limit for retail here.
- Pick the pen device that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Stock depth: 13 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- The landed price per 10 ml after 6–12 business days, which is the only number worth comparing.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Ignoring the batch date on a pen device and discovering the listed price was for old stock.
- Treating the advertised FJ$34 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$2.38 per 10 ml.
- Matching strength to the device instead of the draw, which is why coffee tastes flat after two days.
The rules that apply here
Fiji restricts imports of nicotine products under its customs framework. Shipping of nicotine to Fiji runs through tracked freight only, which is why the quoted window is stated per order.

Frequently asked questions
Is buying in bulk actually cheaper?
Not automatically. On coffee the budget price and the premium price can sit within FJ$2.38 per 10 ml once 6–12 business days is counted.
Why does coffee taste burnt?
Almost always the coil, not the liquid. On the pen device units we ran, a coil past 4 days turned the coffee blend itself harsh.
What nicotine strength should coffee start at?
Start at whatever Fiji allows on the label. If you already smoke, drop one step; if not, half of it for a pen device.
