If you only read one line: the cartomizer you buy decides how long coffee tastes right, and the coil inside it decides how long that is.
What a coffee cartomizer really costs in Suva
The honest read on coffee: 8 units through the same routine over 4 weeks, and the difference between a good batch and a bad one came down to batch age, not the sticker price.
How we tested coffee in a cartomizer
- Pick the cartomizer that fits the device already on your desk, not the one on the headline page.
- Settle the draw first: mouth-to-lung or direct-to-lung, because it decides the coil and the liquid.
- Order before 14:00 so the parcel leaves the same day and lands inside 6–12 business days.
- Clear PG/VG ratio on the label, which predicts throat hit more accurately than strength.
- Stock depth: 8 lines held, so the shortlist does not turn into a special order.
- The listed nicotine ceiling, which is the local legal limit in Fiji, not a suggestion.
- Child-resistant cap and tamper band on every coffee bottle shipped into Fiji.
Where coffee goes wrong
- Treating the advertised FJ$45 entry kit as the real cost when refills run FJ$3.3 per 10 ml.
- Ordering in bulk without checking whether couriers in Fiji accept nicotine freight.
- Skipping the spare coil, which is the single part that decides how long coffee in Suva survives.
